Our Community From Day One
With our organization’s mission always in mind, we strive to find new strategies for living with age, care and housing. Our team is working each and every day to make a positive impact in creating smaller affordable housing for seniors and families. Innovating for long term care of seniors.
We have furnished homes and rooms for persons 45 and older in an intergenerational, active, adult community within a flexible/co-housing model in CCS Village, a Community of shared resources. Our homes are in a community where you can feel comfortable and independent, and which allow you freedom to pursue other interests or remain connected to family and friends.
The low monthly fee provides you with a 40' by 100' home site that includes snow removal, grass cutting, green space, water and sewer.
Since 2000, our passion for sustainability, inclusivity, and healthy living has grown into our life’s work. By providing an inspiring and motivating work and living space to a diverse group of like-minded individuals, we’ve revolutionized the way we live, work and connect with each other.
Acting as a community hub, students,seniors and anyone looking for a space to work, live and be inspired as a community, we welcome our visitors to feel at home and surround themselves with other creative minds on similar journeys.
